My name is Renita Crump and I am CEO and founder of Visions TLC Coaching and Consulting. Visions TLC offers services to women who are ready to navigate through the pain of their grief and loss and began the process of transitioning into wholeness and healing. Whether your grief is a result of the loss of someone near and dear to you, or one of the many losses most recently extracted by COVID-19.

     While attending a Woman of Faith conference many years ago, my desire of wanting to help women who were in heart breaking pain was birthed.  I became a Certified Life Coach Professional. I then became specific, yet broadened my Certified expertise to Grief, Loss, Anger, Depression, and Loneliness, followed by becoming a Board- Certified Mental Health Life Coach.

My certifications were earned from The American Association of Christian Consolers and Light University, and also from The Woman Christian CEO Coaching and Leadership School. Both establishments are recognized as accredited learning institutions.

I chaired and started the Women’s Grief Ministry at my place of worship in 2012, and was also a mentor for women under the radio ministry of Family Life Today for 5 years. There is nothing more gratifying for me than to see the slumped over shoulders of a woman rise and straighten as the weight of pain has been lifted. A smile returns, tears of joy fall, all because someone heard their voice and listened to their heart.
